- Rabbi Nachman -
Your business is ready for more.
The better clients. The braver decisions. Cleaner boundaries. Even the bigger rooms. The version of your work that doesn't have you stuck in the weeds, doing things you should have stopped doing years ago.
You can see it.
But every time you move towards it, something pulls you back.
Back into the day-to-day, plate spinning, and back into saying yes to things that belong to the version of you who built this business, not the version of you who's ready to take it further.
You're not stuck. You're between versions.
And the version you're becoming doesn't need another pep talk, mindset exercise or notebook full of good intentions. It needs a line in the sand, and an action plan so you can grow.
The Bigness Upgrade is a one-day in-person workshop, followed by 60 days of structured support, to help you close the gap between the business you've outgrown and the one you're ready to run.

The version of you who built this is still calling the shots
It’s not that you don’t know enough. You’ve built something real: clients, a great reputation and years of proof that you can do this. The opportunity is there.
But the version of you who built this business keeps calling the shots. And they were brilliant - they got you here - but they’re not the right person to take it further. You’ve grown. The business hasn’t caught up. And every time the bigger version of you takes a few steps forward, something pulls you back into the day-to-day.
The Bigness Upgrade closes that gap in just one day...
...Followed by 60 days to make sure it stays closed.
Let me guess...
You’ve been building your business for years. You have the clients, the track record, some kind of support around you. From the outside it looks impressive.
From the inside, it looks more like this:
You get to Friday feeling like you’ve sprinted a marathon, and you can’t quite point to what moved. The week was full. The diary was packed. Whether the business actually went anywhere is harder to answer.
You’re doing things you never signed up to do. Admin that belongs to someone else. Tasks that keep landing back on your plate no matter how many times you hand them off. Somewhere along the way you became the most overqualified dogsbody you know.
You know what you should be charging. You know which clients you should be going after, which rooms you should be in, which version of your offer is the right one. You’ve known for a while. Yet you keep not doing it.
Every time you take a few steps toward the bigger version of this - a braver business model, a more ambitious launch, a room that intimidates you - something pulls you back. You shrink and you tell yourself next time.
On a Thursday evening, still sat at your laptop while everyone else has long since stopped, it hits you: is this actually as good as it gets? And you already know that it isn’t.
You were meant for more than this. The frustrating part is that you can already see exactly what it looks like when it does.

There are two versions of you in your business right now
The first one built everything you have. They were resourceful, they figured it out, they did whatever needed doing and they got you here. What they built is real and it matters: we’re not talking them down. But they were built for a different chapter. The way they make decisions, the things they hold onto, the prices they quote, the rooms they think they belong in - they fit the business they were building then. Not the one you’re running now.
The second version? You’ve met them.
They showed up when you quoted the price without justifying it or following it with “but I can be flexible.”
When you made the decision without asking three people what they thought first.
When you stopped doing the thing every business expert said you should be doing, and the business didn’t fall apart.
When you spent a morning on something genuinely strategic and didn’t feel guilty for not being “productive.”
That version of you isn’t imaginary. They’re already there. You get glimpses of them. They just don’t stay.
Your mindset is already across the bridge.
Your behaviour just hasn't caught up yet.
Transitions don’t complete themselves.
They require a moment where you stop, name what’s happening and decide which version of you is running the business from here.
You’ve probably already tried to fix this
You’ve been to the workshop that made everything feel possible for a day... until the notebook went on the shelf, the energy faded, and you were back to exactly where you were. You’ve had coaches tell you to just do the scary thing - double your prices, go after the bigger client, stop playing small, delegate - and you’ve either done it on a temporary rush and retreated when it didn’t stick, or you haven’t done it at all, because that’s not advice, it’s just pressure with a price tag.
None of this means you weren’t ready. It means the support wasn’t built for the actual problem.
Inspiration without implementation is just a really nice day out.
What you’ve been missing isn’t more motivation or more strategy. It’s a structure that holds you to the change you’ve already decided to make, and measures what’s actually different at the end of it.
Introducing...
The Bigness Upgrade
The Bigness Upgrade is a one-day in-person workshop followed by 60 days of structured support.
The day is where the decisions and the work happen. The 60 days is where it becomes permanent.
The support is deliberately light-touch, so it’s not a programme competing with your business for time and headspace. Everything that happens in the 60 days happens inside you and your business - because that’s the only place change counts.
And the approach is different from most coaching you’ve done, because I don’t believe that growth requires permanent discomfort.
"Bigness is potential. It's possibility. It's doing all the things you're actually capable of doing."
- Lizi Jackson -
What changes?
When you arrive
You arrive feeling tired of your own hesitation, knowing you can’t carry on as you are, but not quite sure how to do it and make it stick.
When you leave the day
You’ve named the gap in specific behavioural terms. You’ve decided what you’re stopping, what you’re handing off, and what you’re parking. You’ve written your own 30-day plan and you know what your first move is and when you’re making it.
You don’t just leave fired up. You leave with a clear plan and the support to implement it.
At the end of 60 days
You’re running the business as the version of yourself you’ve become. The moves you committed to have been made. The things you decided to stop have stopped. What you delegated is off your plate.
Friday afternoons feel different. You can point to what moved. The to-do list still exists - it’s just no longer how you measure your week.
You trust your own judgment. You don’t need to prove yourself to anyone. You know your business, and now you’re running it from a better place.
I’m not going to tell you to just do the scary thing. That never lasts.
Instead the first thing we'll do is work out what needs to change around you so that the scary thing stops being scary.

The day in full
On Friday 3rd July we gather at Wallacespace, Spitalfields in a characterful private room, a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. The day starts with coffee, calm, no rush.

Here's how the day unfolds.
The standard is set from the start
This is not a workshop where you hold back, perform a polished version of yourself, or wait to see how everyone else is playing it.
You name both versions
Your Smaller Self, the version who built the business. Your Bigger Self, the version you've grown into but aren't yet fully operating as. We uncover the person running your business today, and the actual person you've become - or are becoming - who isn't yet in charge.
You see the gap
If your Smaller Self keeps running the show, where does the business end up 60 days from now? If your Bigger Self takes the wheel, where does it go instead? The gap between those two futures becomes specific, visible, and impossible to unsee.
Lunch
Time to breathe, eat and talk - all food and refreshments during the day are included.
You clear space
Before adding a single thing to your already too-busy life, you'll see how to make space for what's to come. This is where the big shift begins.
You write the plan
You build your own 30-day plan, as your Bigger Self. It sets out concrete moves so you're clear about exactly what to do and when, and we make sure your plan pushes you enough to create real change.
You name what shifted
The day closes with an important moment: each person captures, in their own voice, in their own words, what changed across the day. You leave knowing exactly what happens next.
The next 60 days
The 60 days after the workshop are where your business actually changes.
The structure is deliberately light. You're not consuming more content. You're not attending a programme that competes with your actual work for time and headspace. Everything that happens in these 60 days happens inside your business, because that's the only place it counts.
The first 30 days: making the changes
This is the active phase. You execute the plan you wrote during our day together, making the moves and changes that you planned. Every Friday a short check-in lands in your inbox to help with your progress and accountability. It is a ten-minute task that notes what you did, what got in the way, what you're committing to next week.
Halfway: taking stock
Halfway through the 60 days we come together as a cohort for a Zoom session where we assess your progress, celebrate your wins and set you up for the second phase. This is the recalibration point, where the work shifts from changing things to making those changes permanent.
The second 30 days: embedding
This phase isn't about making any more changes: it's about turning the changes from phase one into your new defaults, new habits, and new ways of operating. It's about making your Bigger Self the new normal, while your Friday check-ins and accountability continue. This is the quiet phase where most coaching programmes fall short. For us it will be where the real difference gets to happen.
The close: your 1:1 session
Your final reflection happens in a 30-minute 1:1 session with me. We look together at what's shifted and what's still in motion, and we decide on the right next step in your upgrade journey. There's no pressure and no hard sell. The call ends with a clear decision, and that decision is yours.
The Bigness Upgrade runs quarterly, and at the end of your 60 days, we will talk through your options: to join the next Bigness Upgrade cycle, to move into 1:1 work, or to walk on with what you've built.
About Lizi

Lizi Jackson is a bestselling author, multiple TEDx speaker, and the person ambitious business owners turn to when they're ready for more.
When she turned 40 she lost all her hair to alopecia and built a business on the courage that followed. She's spoken for ITV, delivered TEDx talks on confidence, and worked with business owners across the full spectrum of 'doing well from the outside, struggling inside.'
What she's actually known for is seeing the patterns in how you talk about yourself, the decisions you make, the things you hold onto, she spots what's keeping you exactly where you are, usually within the first conversation. And instead of telling you to push through it, she helps you to work out what needs to shift around you first, so that pushing through stops being necessary.
She built Your Business: Upgraded on one conviction: that growth doesn't require permanent discomfort. The version of coaching that tells you to always be uncomfortable, always be at the edge, always be pushing, that's what's created the burnout culture most of her clients arrive from. She's not interested in adding to it.

FAQs
I'm already stretched. How much time does this actually take? Less than you think, and none of it competes with your actual work. The in-person day is the biggest single time commitment in the whole programme. After that, the 60 days are built around a short check-in form every Friday. Ten minutes - that's it for most weeks. At the halfway point there's one group Zoom call, and there's a 30-minute 1:1 with me at the end. That's the full contact schedule across two months. There's no content to consume, no calls to attend every week, no programme sitting alongside your business asking for your time and attention. The work happens inside your actual business, in the decisions you're already making and the things you're already doing. If you're already stretched, that's probably one of the reasons you're reading this. The Bigness Upgrade isn't another thing to add to the pile. It's the thing that helps you take things off it.
A full-day workshop in a top venue with food and resources; 60 days of support; a Zoom session halfway; and a 1:1 session at the end. Why on earth is it only £180? Because this is the founding cohort and you're helping me build and refine it. The first group through any programme shapes everything that comes after it. You'll be giving me real-world feedback on what lands and what creates the most change. In return you get the full experience at a price that will never come back.
How is this different from workshops I've done before? Most workshops are one-off. You go, maybe something shifts, then the notebook goes on the shelf, and six weeks later nothing has actually changed. The Bigness Upgrade is different in three ways. First, you write your own action plan on the day. Not a plan I give you. One you build, test, and own. Second, the 60 days of structured support means the work doesn't stop when you go home. The change you commit to on the day has a structure holding you to it for two months. Third, I don't believe growth requires permanent discomfort. I'm not going to tell you to just do the scary thing. We're going to work out what needs to change around you first so that the scary thing stops being scary.
What do I actually leave with? You leave armed with valuable knowledge about the two versions of you - named in specific, behavioural terms. Not a vague sense of who you want to be - the actual behaviours that distinguish the smaller version of you from the bigger one. You'll leave with a clear 30-day plan. Written by you, tested by the room and owned by you - so you know exactly what to change, start doing or stop doing over the next 30 days. And you'll also have the structure for the 60 days that follow. You'll leave knowing how to turn the insights and energy of the day into real, tangible results for your business.
What happens after the 60 days? At the end of your 60 days you have a 1:1 with me. We look at what shifted and what the right next step is. For some people that's another cycle of The Bigness Upgrade. The programme runs quarterly and some people will find it useful to go again, to continue upgrading as the business grows into new territory. For others it's a signal that they're ready for deeper 1:1 work with me. And for some people it's simply time to walk on. The work is done, they've got what they need, and they're ready to run the business from the new version of themselves without further support. All three are real and valid outcomes.
Can I join if I can’t make the 3rd July date? The Bigness Upgrade will run quarterly so the next cohort will be later in the year. If July doesn't work, get in touch and I'll add you to the list for the next one. Worth knowing: the founding cohort price of £180 is specific to this first group.
"Bigness"? What's it supposed to mean? It's a word that came from my coach, Shari, when she was helping me clarify my positioning. She said to me: "You mentor people into their bigness". Bigness is potential. It's possibility. It's doing all the things you're actually capable of doing. For some people. bigness is leading your business like you're actually in charge. It could be having the conversation you've been avoiding, or making decisions by trusting your instincts, or charging what the work is actually worth. It's the opposite of playing small and holding yourself back - and it's what I've spent the last 8 years helping my clients achieve.
