I’m Lizi Jackson:

My bald head is probably the first thing you notice about me.
But what makes me different isn’t just my shiny scalp: It’s the business I built as a direct result of losing my hair to alopecia. I chose visibility over fear, and then I turned that choice into the foundation of everything I’ve done since.

Going bald at 40 taught me the power of finding the opportunities in every experience, and it left me determined never to play small again.

Before all of this, I spent 8 years teaching PSHE in secondary schools - helping teenagers make sense of life, understand their choices, and decide who they wanted to be in the world.
Looking back, it was the best training ground possible for the work I do now: helping people see their potential and make braver decisions about what comes next.

I loved that part of my work but hated marking, parents evenings, and toxic colleagues - so I retrained as a coach achieving my PGDip in Coaching in 2017. I threw myself into my new coaching business, using all my newly-found knowledge to harness my confidence and go after every opportunity; refusing to let fear hold me back from what I knew was possible.
When clients come to see Lizi it's not as though she's talking out of a book. She's lived this journey. She's been through it.
